Biosystems Technologies Signs Agreement
Biosystems Technologies, West Palm Beach, FL, has signed an exclusive agreement for clinical trials and the distribution of a new herbal product believed to be effective in the treatment of viral hepatitis. The agreement was signed with Logizan Holdings Company based in Cyprus, which has worldwide marketing rights to distribute this herbal formula. Under terms of the agreement, Biosystems and Logizan will co-sponsor a clinical trial product in China. Upon successful completion of these trials, Biosystems will be the exclusive distributor for the product in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
